The Development-Yug Corporation has a multi-branch and integrated structure. A range of priority guidelines has been defined within the framework of diversification. The main ones are design, construction, finishing work. Due to comprehensive approach Development-Yug is a closed cycle enterprise fulfilling the whole scope of work from the construction materials production to the after-sale service of the buildings.
The principal business units of the corporation are “Development-Project” Design Institute and called “Development-Otdelka”. The corporation is provided with the construction materials by the “Archipovsky karier” Co Ltd, constituent of the holding. “Territoria komforta” (“Territory of comfort”) subdivision maintains the already constructed houses. The company structure also numbers “Development-Yug” real estate agency, “Sunfarma” drugstore chain, “Development-Tur” travel agency and some other business units.
